Finally the Performance points system for #Dosti is launched, with the points system we'll be able to measure performance of the chatters and specially the operators, Here are the details of the points system:
100 Chat Lines written in #Dosti = 1 Performance Point
Kicking 5 Person out of the room = 1 Performance Point
Banning 5 Person out of the room = 1 Performance Point
1 Thread on this forum = 1 Performance Point for 100 views on that thread
1 Wrong Kick = -5 Performance Points
1 Wrong Ban = -5 Performance Points
10 golden points used = 1 Performance Point (use them wisely to make this system really work)
Happy Hours: 5:00 a.m. to 10 a.m. (Pakistan Time) DOUBLE POINTS will be given on all the activies in the Chatroom.
The Points of the "girls team point system" will also be added in these Performance points, additionally on the completed task given to girls team, extra points will be given to all members of the girls team.
You can also increase your Performance points by taking part in different competitions we are planning to introduce, like we had the Trivia Competition.
Golden Points:
The golden points work as a voting system, Every Admin/Ircop/Sop/Aop/Hop/Registered mIRC users/ will be given certain amount of golden points, which they can use to increase or decrease the Performance points of other chatters. If any of op or a chatter is misbehaving on the main. You can remove their Performance points by using your Golden Points, or If you think any of the chatter or operator is helpful, kind or respectful etc. you can add them some Performance points. The golden points will be alloted to you on the 1st of every month, here are the golden points you will get at the start of every month
Ircop = 50 Golden Points
Sop = 25 Golden Points
Aop = 15 Golden points
Hop = 10 Golden Points
Registered mIRC users = 5 Golden Points
(5 Golden Points to Registered mIRC will be awarded only if they manage to reach 50 Performance Points)
Usage of golden Points:
If you want to give 2 Performance points to anyone type this in Bhoot's Pvt
!addpoints nickname 2
For Example:
!addpoints Atif 2
Similary, If you want to remove 5 Performance points from anyone type this in Bhoot's Pvt
!delpoints nickname 5
For Exmaple:
!delpoints Atif 5
We'll be giving hop/aop/sop on the points, here are the number of points you must have to gain the access.
Hop = 150 Points
Aop = 500 Points
Sop = 2000 Points
Please note that If You're an Aop you must maintain your Performance points above 500 points, if your points fall below 500 points you will be demoted, it applies same for other accesses as well.
After achieving the required points Hop/Aop/Sop will be awarded on the 1st of each month, only if you have 5000 or more lines in the last month, similarly you need atleast 50 points each month to maintain your access.
We can anytime change the decision of adding and removing your access.
